Important deadlines to remember leading up to the meeting:

  • August 14: Deadline for Grants Review Committee (GRC) grant submissions.

  • September 7: Rooming list deadline.

  • TBC:

    • Final deadline for all materials that need to be included in the member mailing.

    • Final deadline for regular grant submissions.

    • Final deadline for sponsors to submit revised GRC grants.

  • TBC: Finance Committee should meet as close to the meeting date as possible. If they want their meeting minutes included in the mailing, the meeting must take place soon after the 4-week deadline.
